Billing & auto-renewal (please read)
- University subscriptions renew automatically each year on the anniversary of your start date. The athlete tier is free forever and never renews.
- You will be charged the then-current annual fee unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email a reminder at least 30 days before renewal.
- Cancel any time in Settings → Billing or by emailing billing@nilpipeline.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Price changes are announced at least 60 days in advance; you may cancel within 10 days of the notice if you do not accept the new price.
